2.Using our website

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3.Products

• We do our best to show product colors, textures, and details accurately. Leather is a natural material, so each piece may have small variations in grain and tone. This is part of its character, not a defect.
• Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.
• Product measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.
• All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

4.Prices

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes.
• Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price due to a technical error, we may cancel the order and notify you. If you've already paid, you'll receive a full refund.

5.Placing an order

Your order is confirmed once we verify it, usually by phone call or SMS.

We may cancel or decline an order if:

• we can't reach you to confirm it
• the address or contact details are incomplete or incorrect
• the product is out of stock
• we suspect a fake or fraudulent order

If a cancelled order was paid, we'll refund the full amount.

6.Cancelling an order

• You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped by contacting us with your order number.
• Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can use our 7-day exchange policy after delivery.

7.Payment

We currently accept:

• Cash on Delivery: pay the delivery person when your order arrives.
• bKash: pay at checkout.

No advance payment is required for cash on delivery orders.

We will never ask for your bKash PIN or OTP. Only make payments through our official checkout or our official bKash merchant number: [bKash merchant number]. We're not responsible for payments made to any other number.

8.Delivery

• We deliver across Bangladesh through our courier partners, Pathao and Steadfast.
• Delivery charges and estimated times are listed on our Shipping & Returns page and shown at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen due to holidays, weather, courier issues, or other events outside our control.
• If delivery fails because the recipient couldn't be reached or the address was incorrect, the order may be returned to us.

9.Checking your order at delivery

You may open and check your order in front of the delivery person before paying. If the product has an issue, you can decline it at the door and contact us.

If you decline an order without a product issue, the delivery charge still applies. Repeatedly refusing orders without reason may lead us to decline future cash on delivery orders from that phone number or address.

10.Exchanges and refunds

• You can exchange an item within 7 days of delivery if it's unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
• Belts that have been cut, trimmed, or punched with new holes can't be exchanged.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
• Approved refunds are sent within 7 working days.

11.Intellectual property

All content on reybd.com, including the REY name, logo, product designs, photos, and text, belongs to REY. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12.Reviews and comments

If you post a review or comment, it must be honest and based on your own experience. We may remove content that is false, offensive, spam, or unrelated to our products. By posting, you allow us to display your review on our website and social media.

13.Limitation of liability
